One issue with the product is that the extensions for the nozzle, although essential for reaching tight places, are poorly made and often leak, like the hose which is stiff and does not stay in place. Many customers suggest attaching a piece of wire to stiffen the wand, which might make the product more effective. It’s also advisable to use it before winter rolls in or inside a garage for best results.
