απάντηση: Diagonally above the eyelashes there’s little circular buttons inside the cloud you should be able to feel and push to turn on either side. Right side is lights and left side is various sounds. -

απάντηση: No idea on decibel but it isn't loud at all. When it's in the pram with the baby and I'm out of the house I can't even hear it. -

απάντηση: It’s inside the Snuz cover on the back. There should be an on and off switch on one side of the battery pack and then the volume switch goes between loud and quiet in the other side. -

απάντηση: As far as I know, it doesn't have a name. It's a soothing, gentle piece of music which is played on soft, tinkly sounding instruments, a bit like a mellow musical box. The tune plays on a loop. -
