You need an E14 to E27 converter assuming your standard lamp has a small screw fitting.

Why are these listed as led when they are clearly filament lamps, the reviews show customers are buying them believing them to be led as the title.

They are listed as incandescent. The description does not mention LED anywhere so not sure where you got that from. Some of us want incandescent. They are the only healthy bulbs. Research it. Plenty of info on YouTube.

How can they be led and filament?

I don't know. I just thought the filament was for the design. It looks retro.

Arrived in good time but after plugging after no more than 2 minutes the filament blew? These bulbs state 220V rated.

I have had mine a few months, and it exploded just yesterday. There seems to be a problem with them. They could be dangerous.
