The product allows for neck training in all four directions, and its design saves users from expensive machines. The headstrap can be uncomfortable during vigorous workouts, with the sides putting pressure on users' jaws and cartilage, but this pain can be mitigated by wearing a beanie while using the product. Washing the headstrap requires handwashing with a gentle detergent and hang-drying, and not to be put in the washing machine or dryer. The product comes with a red strap that can be replaced through IronMind's website.
