Geechie Boy Mill Speckled Grits are made from blue corn and are very delicious and coarse. The grits take as much time to cook as course stone ground yellow grits. These grits are Gluten-free and as non-gmo as it gets. These grits provide a good source of nutrients and are available at a reasonable price. However, the packaging does have some religious quotes which may not appeal to everyone.
