In case of a breakdown, one should unplug the machine and clean it to avoid over-filling or dirt getting into the device. Customers can use any essential oils and adjust their scent strength by controlling the amount they add. Although the product can change mist output from strong to weak, the timers do not change output level. Customers revealed that they had mixed feelings about this product. The diffuser works fine and fills a room - or bathroom - with scented oil mist, but the oil scents that come with it are not favoured by some customers. Others have experienced breaking, leaking, loud noise or ineffective performance after using the product for a short time. Users have to be creative in finding a good combo of scents. All in all, some customers are satisfied with this diffuser's performance, but others think it's not worth the price.
