Waldorf Sound Modules -BLOFELD-DESKTOP-BLACK Editorial Review
The Waldorf Blofeld Module Black is a feature-rich synthesizer with a simple control panel. Despite its simplicity, it offers a lot of features not found in other synthesizers twice its price. The sound quality is professional level comparable to more expensive synthesizers. The interface is well-designed and easy to learn. The optional sample playback feature is a great addition, allowing for full chromatic stereo polyphonic multi-sample playback. However, some users have reported issues with clipped and distorted sound and problems with the audio outputs of the unit.
