IntelliFeed Fish Feeder The IntelliFeed Fish Feeder is an excellent device for those who don't want to worry about manually feeding their fish every day. The container containing fish food is enclosed within the feeder, and during feeding time it slowly emerges and empties the food into the tank, returning to its original position afterwards. The device has options for setting how often and how much food is dispensed to the fish. It does not require an air tube to keep the food dry. Additionally, the IntelliFeed Fish Feeder is adjustable and can fit almost any tank easily with a screw to tighten it. Battery operated as well as plug-in, it provides the convenience of not worrying about the fish being fed, even when going away for a long weekend. Though versatile, some of the Cons mentioned in the Q&A include the feeder being too large to fit over small feeding holes on hoods, which limits its use. Also, it does not work well with flake fish food as the larger flakes get missed, resulting in an incorrect amount of food being dispensed. The battery lasts about six months.
