Its silverware holder is detachable, and the dish drainer is simple to clean. The drainer rack has a higher clearance than other dish drainers, making it simple to wipe the mat underneath. The user has not had any issues with rust build-up despite using it for several months. Additionally, it works well for non-undermount sinks. However, one customer did not have a positive experience with the dish drainer, finding it flimsy, prone to tipping over, and the cup rack not compatible with most cups.
