Uttermost Wall Clocks 06033 Editorial Review
The Uttermost Harrison Wall Clock has garnered a mixed reception from customers, primarily due to its aesthetics and perceived quality. Many users appreciate the clock's striking design, noting that it serves as a captivating focal point in their living spaces. Its transitional style is praised for seamlessly blending into various decor themes, and the swinging pendulum and crackled finish have added to the charm of the piece. Several reviewers highlight that the clock keeps accurate time, which is fundamental for a timepiece. However, this attractive piece has faced criticism regarding its quality. Some customers have expressed disappointment, claiming that the Construction feels cheap, with one reviewer stating it felt like “just cardboard.” Issues with the pendulum's functionality have also been a concern, as multiple users reported that their clocks arrived with malfunctioning pendulums. When customers reached out to the manufacturer, many felt let down by the response, describing customer support as lacking. In contrast, some found success in receiving assistance from third-party retailers, who provided replacements and resolved their issues better than Uttermost itself. Overall, the Uttermost Harrison Wall Clock shines in the design department but falls short for some users in quality control and customer service. **
