Monroe Shocks 911331 Editorial Review
The Monroe 911331 Reflex Truck Shock Absorber has garnered mixed reviews from customers, highlighting both positive and negative aspects of the product. On the upside, many users noted significant improvements in ride quality after installation. The shocks effectively softened the bumps and minimized excessive movement in their trucks, particularly for those with a 2011 F-150, who found the fitment to be perfect. However, not all experiences were positive. Some customers expressed frustration due to the incorrect sizing of the eyelets, indicating that they came with an inside diameter larger than the intended 12mm. This discrepancy left users facing potential installation issues, as some would need to drill out their mounting brackets to accommodate the larger size, a task many were unwilling to undertake. This oversight has been seen as a significant manufacturing flaw that detracted from the overall satisfaction with the product. Ultimately, the Monroe 911331 Reflex Truck Shock Absorber provides a commendable ride improvement for some, but the sizing issues present a challenge that could deter potential buyers. **
